Our Mission:

“To promote an interest in and encourage the preservation of historical knowledge, historical sites, and landmarks within the City.  To establish an historical museum for the collection and display of materials relating to Lodi’s history.  To disseminate research by means of publications and the use of various media and to assist other historical societies with mutual interests.”

Our Volunteers:

The Board of Directors of the Lodi Historical Society are volunteers and give of their own free time because of their love of history and of the City of Lodi. We are always looking for like-minded individuals to join us and help with the monumental task of promoting local history.  If you would like to volunteer to be on the Board or help us with our activities, and events, please let one of us know or contact us here.
